About the role
Sapphire Bathrooms is seeking a Wall & Floor Tiling Apprentice to join our team in the Western suburbs of Adelaide. This full-time apprenticeship position will provide you with hands-on training and the opportunity to develop valuable skills in bathroom renovation and the tiling industry.
What we're looking for
A strong interest and aptitude for hands-on work in the building trades
Good attention to detail and the ability to work precisely
Basic numeracy skills for measuring and calculations
A willingness to learn and follow instructions
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Eligibility Criteria
Provisional or full driver's license with reliable vehicle
Physically fit and healthy due to undertaking manual labor work
What you'll be doing and learning
On the job skills in renovating a bathroom from demolition to completion
Assisting experienced tilers in the installation of wall and floor tiles
Preparing areas for tiling, screed and waterproofing
Measuring, cutting, and preparing tiles for installation
Applying adhesive and grouting tiles
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Participating in ongoing training and skill development
