Are you an organised professional with a knack for stock management? TerryWhite Chemmart Yarrabilba is seeking an experienced Stock Controller to join our friendly and dynamic team in a pivotal pharmacy operations role.
The Role
Located in one of Queensland's fastest-growing communities, our Yarrabilba store is a busy, community-focused pharmacy offering trusted healthcare and professional advice. We are looking for a committed individual who can confidently manage the end-to-end stock process and ensure our pharmacy shelves are always ready to serve.
This role offers flexibility with part-time or full-time hours available and is paid at award rates in line with experience.
What You'll Do
As our Stock Controller, you will:
* Manage incoming stock orders and ensure accurate data entry
* Maintain optimal stock levels in line with pharmacy needs and budgets
* Maintain and update the retail catalogue, including product setup, ordering, receiving, and ensuring stock levels are accurate
* Oversee expiry checks and returns processes
* Liaise with suppliers and team members to ensure seamless stock flow
* Contribute to QCPP compliance regarding stock handling and storage
* Assist in merchandising and maintaining stockroom organisation
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in pharmacy stock control (essential)
* Strong attention to detail and a head for numbers
* High-level computer literacy and experience with pharmacy POS systems
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
* Full working rights in Australia
