We’re looking for a Level 1 Help Desk Analyst to join a vibrant educational institution. In this entry-level support role, you’ll be the first point of contact for teachers, students, and staff—ensuring smooth ICT access, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with projects during school breaks.
What you’ll bring:
Level 1 IT support experience (hardware, software & networks)
Robust customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple requests, meet SLAs, and document processes
Familiarity with ticketing systems
Knowledge of both Mac (preferred) and Windows environments
Bonus skills:
Previous experience in education or similar settings
ITIL or related certification
Project or change management exposure
Requirements:
Tertiary IT qualifications (preferred)
Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Onsite role, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm in McLaren Vale.
