As a HSE Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safety is at the forefront of day-to-day operations across some of the state's most notable projects. These are often multi-level developments involving significant craneage components, so experience in high-risk construction environments will be highly regarded.

The Role
As an experienced HSE Advisor, you will:
* Promote a positive safety culture through high visibility on-site and by building rapport with all personnel.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all safety-related activities.
* Conduct thorough site inductions and ensure all relevant permits and cards are checked.
* Carry out risk identification and assessments to meet all legislative requirements.
* Coordinate and conduct regular site inspections and audits.
* Lead the incident management process, from initial response through to investigation and reporting.
The Like Mind
To be successful in this role, you will have a Certificate IV in WHS and ideally 2 years experience in a similar role within commercial construction. Strong knowledge of current WHS legislation and an understanding of safety systems in large, high-risk environments (such as multi-storey sites involving crane operations) is key. You will also have the ability to communicate confidently with site teams, subcontractors, and senior management.
