We are seeking a talented and experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team at Defence Health. This permanent role is based in our South Melbourne office. The Service Desk Analyst will provide high-quality IT support to our employees, ensuring their technical needs are met efficiently and effectively.
The role involves delivering proactive, cooperative, and dependable customer service, liaising with ICT staff and external service providers to resolve complex issues, and reviewing support activities for continual improvement. The analyst will act as a first-level support for application-related issues.

The ideal candidate will possess:
* Level 1 and Level 2 technical knowledge of desktop and software applications, including Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Office 365.
* Basic working knowledge of IT infrastructure and network equipment such as VPN, Citrix, and Intune.
* The ability to quickly acquire and retain system knowledge.
* Proficiency with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
* Effective teamwork and collaboration skills across various stakeholder levels.
