Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver sales KPIs and develop strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
2. Train face-to-face pharmacy staff on market-leading brands and conduct store visits with retailers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and execute outcomes in-store.
3. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and continuously improve sales performance.
4. Identify and prospect new customers, build strong relationships, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Travel Requirements
The Territory Sales Manager role requires extensive travel within Victoria's suburbs and surrounding areas, including regional trips to Seymour and Albury.
What We Are Looking For
* A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in territory sales or field sales, preferably in FMCG.
* A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
* Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales, as well as strong Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PowerBi skills.
