Key responsibilities for this role include:
* Providing administrative support to your supervising Partner and their practice group as required by the supervising Partner
* Diary management for the practice group
* Travel arrangements
* Processing invoices
* Assisting with monthly billing
* Credit card reconciliations
* Preparation of Letters of Engagement
* Attending to enquiry and substantive matters for the practice group
* Assisting with day-to-day management of files and drafting material for the practice group.
* Management of safe custody documents
The assistant must have:
* Previous demonstrated experience in an administrative position in a legal or corporate environment
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Fast and accurate typing skills
* The ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Intermediate level of competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
