**The Role**
Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will be responsible for working within the Sales function to deliver the performance of several leading ranges into Coles.
Key components of the role:
- Increase range shelf presence and overall sales revenue
- Develop and execute trade strategy
- Work on range reviews and present information
- Develop Joint Business Plans with key Coles sites
- Negotiate pricing
- Partner closely with the Category team to deliver performance
- Take responsibility for associated P&L with the help of your team
- Effective communication with internal stakeholders such as Filed Sales Team
- Use and interpret scan data to make informed decisions
- Undertake interstate travel to visit the Coles Head Office
- Develop long-lasting relationships with client base
- Manage and resolve customer enquires
**Skills & Experience**
- Coles, Woolworths or major Grogery experience ideal
- Food or beverage experience preferred
- Exposure to P&L
- Range review experience
- Autonomous approach and enthusiasm to learn
- A confident approach in your own ability
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong numeracy, analysis and execution experience
- This role would suit a current Key Account Manager, a National Account Exec looking to take a step up or someone with field sales, account management or marketing experience in the FMCG space.
**Salary**: $120,000 - $130,000 commensurate of experience + Super + bonus
