City Venue Management (CVM) is currently recruiting Casual Lifeguards to join our team across Townsville Aquatic Centres and Lagoons.
These roles offer regular casual shifts across our busy facilities, so we're looking for people who are reliable, energetic, and committed to keeping our communities safe while delivering a great visitor experience.
The Lifeguard Role
As a lifeguard, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of everyone using our aquatic centres and lagoons.
You will:
* Supervise pools and lagoon areas to maintain a safe environment
* Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
* Provide assistance and guidance to swimmers and visitors
* Be a friendly and reassuring presence for people of all ages

You must hold (or be willing to obtain before starting):
* Pool Lifeguard Qualification
* CPR and First Aid Certificate
* Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
