About This Opportunity
Information Technology Services (ITS) Full‐time, fixed‐term position through to December 2028. Base salary will be in the range $95,361 - $102,302 + 17% super (HEW Level6). Based at our St Luzia location.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating and supporting the ongoing administration of the Cyber Security Champions Network, including onboarding, monthly meetings, champion activities and collaboration with partner universities.
* Supporting the coordination of the Cyber Security Internship Program and student‐focused cyber security education initiatives.
* Coordinating the delivery of cyber security training and awareness activities, including Cybercation sessions, participant communications, venues, catering and feedback processes.
* Assisting with simulated phishing campaigns, awareness content updates, reporting, resource development and quality assurance across cyber uplift initiatives.
About You
* Completion of a bachelor degree with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education or training.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver learning events or training activities for diverse audiences.
* Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, practical and engaging messages.
* Strong organisational skills, with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent time management skills, including the ability to set, enforce and meet deadlines.
* Experience presenting information to large audiences, or a genuine willingness to develop this capability.
* High level digital capability, including experience with Microsoft365, CRM systems, AdobeSuite platforms, learning management systems, survey tools and eLearning tools such as ArticulateRise.
* An understanding of cyber security risks, trends and human‐centred security practices, with experience in higher education, Drupal or campaign‐style engagement activities viewed favourably.
