We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Draftsperson to join our team in Western Australia.
About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent industry exposure and experience with specialist skills in mechanical, process, piping, civil, and structural disciplines.
Main Responsibilities:
* Produce high-quality drawings/MTO/lists as well as 2D and 3D models across multiple disciplines.
* Develop detailed drawings from engineers' sketches with minimal supervision.
* Maintain document control activities, including clash detection of design models against as-built models or other consultants'/clients' design models.
* Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
* Evaluate all activities to ensure compliance with Workplace/Occupational Health & Safety protocols.
Key Requirements:
* Australia Work Authorisation Required
* Certificate IV in Engineering Drafting or Equivalent Qualification
* Minimum 3 years CAD software experience
* 2+ Years experience in mechanical/pipeline drafting, including 2D and 3D modelling for slurry, water, waste, mineral processing, and oil & gas
* Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, MicroStation, OpenRoads, OpenPlant, or similar packages
* Prior supervisory experience
* Intermediate to strong computer literacy skills, MS Office package
* Sound attention to detail/organisational skills
* Intermediate to strong supervision/delegation skills
* Intermediate to strong customer service acumen
