**Role**
As a leading hand/foreman you will be an integral part of the team and play a major role in communicating with clients, programming works, managing subcontractors/workforce, allocating plant/resources and achieving site production objectives. Your style will be one that promotes teamwork, safety and you will have a high commitment to quality outcomes.
**Background**
To secure this role you will have a stable employment history, have worked your way up through the ranks and have a demonstrable history of successful/profitable project delivery. Experience on civil construction projects in Victoria is a must.
