* Develop and maintain dashboards to track customer behaviour and performance metrics.
* Conduct market research to benchmark performance against competitors.
* Support the development of customer segmentation models and profiling.

* Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reporting activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Insights Analyst should have:
* Proven experience turning customer data into actionable insights
* Strong background in marketing, campaign or loyalty analytics
* Advanced skills in SQL for data extraction and analysis
* Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
* Proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools) for reporting and visualisation
* Experience analysing large customer or retail datasets
* Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
