Lead Mechanical Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced mechanical supervisor to oversee and manage multiple shutdowns in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high quality, facilitating seamless handover procedures with the opposite shift supervisors, and acting as a witness for non-negative BAC tests.
* Ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard
* Facilitate efficient communication between team members and management
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide support to team members
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the resources or energy sector. They will also have experience working with client systems, shutdown management, and a strong focus on safety and quality.
