About the Role
The Senior Performance Manager will lead performance marketing across paid, social, and search channels, driving growth in traffic, conversions, and ROI. Reporting to the CMO, this role manages a team of specialists, using data‑driven strategies to deliver cohesive, results‑focused campaigns and expand the brand's digital presence.
What You'll Be Doing
Digital Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement multi‑channel performance marketing strategies, optimize spend allocation, and lead campaign execution across paid, social, and search.
Analytics & Optimization
Track KPIs, build dashboards, and translate data insights into actionable improvements, using A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.
Customer Acquisition & Retention
Drive acquisition through targeted campaigns, support retention via retargeting and CRM collaboration, and increase customer lifetime value.
Budget & Stakeholder Management
Manage marketing budgets for ROI/ROAS, partner with internal teams, agencies, and vendors, and align campaigns with broader business goals.
Leadership & Compliance
Lead and mentor a team, foster innovation and accountability, ensure effective tracking/tech integrations, and uphold compliance with legal and brand standards.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years in a leadership performance marketing position, ideally in fashion, eCommerce or retail
* Must have a background in ecommerce
* Deep, hands‑on experience across Paid Social, Search, Programmatic & Affiliates
* Confident strategic thinker – able to assess campaign structure, testing methods, and what approach will drive results
* Strong data and reporting capabilities, ideally with Supermetrics or similar tools
* Comfortable leading and nurturing a junior team, providing guidance and support
