Your Role in Our Future
As our Project Lead, you'll take ownership of guiding the project team to successfully coordinate and deliver a diverse portfolio of clinical trials in collaboration with other teams. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for our external stakeholders including clinical trial sponsors, building strong working relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout each project.
You'll proactively engage stakeholders, manage risks, and support informed decision-making to keep projects on track—meeting agreed scope, quality standards, timelines, key milestones, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinating project teams to help ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved as planned.
Overseeing sponsor and monitoring visits and assisting with responses to queries in a timely manner.
Maintaining visibility of project budgets and supporting effective cost management.
Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including sponsors, monitors, and investigators.
This role will be based in Joondalup with access to free parking and will be offered on a full-time basis.
Your Experience
The person we are looking for is an organised, calm, and proactive leader who can manage multiple clinical trials while maintaining clear communication and strong relationships with sponsors and stakeholders. They would combine attention to detail and regulatory knowledge with a collaborative, people-focused approach, supporting both project delivery and team development.
You will further have:
Proven ability to resolve project-related problems and prioritise workload.
Project planning, coordination, evaluation, and management skills.
A high level of attention to detail with ability to work within guidelines and procedures.
Excellent organisational skills, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
Previous experience in the clinical trial, medical or research sector.
Leadership experience or the ability to lead and support a team.
