Receivals & stock controller

As a
**Receivals and Stock Controller,** you will report to the Logistics Manager and will ensure the receipting and invoicing of materials arriving and departing in and out of the Bassendean facility. You will ensure receipt of all incoming inventory and supplies from both external and internal customers in an accurate and timely manner.

You are a great team player and will assist the warehouse team in providing adequate space for the storage of high-volume products. You will ensure an adequate amount of non-inventory items are available including packaging materials.

You will plan, align and process accurately filing, and archiving all invoicing, pick slips, delivery documents, and Proof of Deliveries (PODs). You will update and maintain the import container schedule to ensure seamless receipt of import goods.

You will perform stock control checks relating to the daily operations report issues that are impacting the team in a timely manner. You will participate in stock takes as specified by Bradken's Financial Reporting systems and procedures.

**Key Technical Criteria**:

- Certificate II Logistics/ Warehousing
- Previous experience in Warehousing and Logistics
- Experience in Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable
