About the Role
BGIS is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Supervisor to join our team full-time, based on-site at Osborne, SA. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services, ensuring the highest standards of operational performance, safety, and client satisfaction.
Please note: Australian Citizenship is required due to client contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of facility services across the site.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, maintenance teams, and site activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage preventative and reactive maintenance schedules.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide regular reporting on facility operations, budgets, and contractor performance.
About You
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and compliance standards.
- Relevant trade qualification or facilities management background preferred.
- Australian Citizenship is essential.
