Job Description Our busy team is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to lead the many moving parts of rostering/scheduling our clinicians along with a range of administrative tasks such as booking travel and tracking rostering information Key responsibilities include: Liaising with facility managers, clinicians and admin staff at residential aged care homes – both over the phone and via email Effective deployment of therapy staff on the rostering system Ongoing adjustment and prioritization of therapist schedules in response to changes in therapist availability, client expectations, role vacancies and changing government regulations Building and maintaining positive relationships with therapists and clients. Supporting with data entry and administrative tasks Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including finance and accounts teams Booking any travel and accommodation when required. Working closely with other Allied Health team members to discuss ways to improve efficiency of processes and procedures. Let's talk about you! Our Scheduling coordinators need to have strong customer service skills – able to work with our valued clinicians and our amazing clients - demonstrated by experience across other coordination, customer service or even rostering experience. Bonus points if you have exposure to the healthcare industry. It suits a coordinator who is happy in a role that needs a sense of urgency; ability to assess and meet priorities in a timely manner. We will provide training on our systems and processes, but you will need a strong level of PC literacy.
