About the Role
As a Customer Vehicle Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales services to both internal and external customers, ensuring the continued growth and profitability of Hertz. The selected candidate will be based at our Devonport Store and may be required to work at other stores within a reasonable travel distance.
Create a positive customer experience by greeting and engaging our valued customers.
Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately.
Sell Hertz rental options to our valued customers.
Ensure overall customer satisfaction by resolving issues.
Ensure all features of the vehicles are operational when returned by the renting customer.
Detail vehicles to the Hertz standard.
Ferry vehicles as needed.
About You
Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers.
Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in the rental industry preferred.
Flexibility of working hours (7-day shift work including weekends & public holidays may apply).
A full and current AUS driver's licence with the ability to drive automatic vehicles.
