Connecting Sales Professionals with businesses expanding across Australia
Are you a high-performing Business Development Manager with a passion for solving complex payment challenges? This is your chance to join a fast-scaling FinTech driving innovation in the travel sector. You'll be responsible for bringing on new enterprise merchants and expanding wallet share within an existing book—owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Your Role:
* Drive new business growth by bringing enterprise travel merchants onto the platform
* Identify and convert new sales opportunities via outbound efforts and qualified referrals
* Manage the full sales process end to end—from discovery and solution selling to negotiation and closing
* Grow an existing client base by cross-selling additional solutions and increasing transaction volumes
* Track and manage pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM, ensuring visibility and accuracy
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
* Maintain strong relationships with key travel industry partners and influencers
What You Bring:
* 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within travel, fintech, SaaS, or payments
* Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic selling
* Experience managing complex deals and multiple stakeholders across large organisations
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot to manage pipeline and optimise sales activity
* Passion for solving business problems with tailored technology and payments solutions
