We're searching for a Food & Beverage Attendant To join our Shiki Restaurant, confident in delivering unforgettable experiences through a warm welcome, inspired recommendations and seamless service. Shiki Restaurant is a fine dining teppanyaki experience blending traditional Japanese cuisine and modern culinary innovation. Our mission is to provide a memorable dining experience that brings the art of Japanese food to life, combined with top-notch service and hospitality.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
● Creating a warm welcome for every single guest that sets the tone for their experience with us
● Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard as well as highlighting promotions for our guests
● Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about ingredients or preparation methods.
● Handling cash and credit transactions
● Working closely with your restaurant colleagues to deliver a truly seamless food service
What We need from you:
● Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality
● Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
● Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
● The flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts
