Job Title: Territory Manager
Drive growth and make a difference in the Independent Grocery channel. As a key player, you will oversee customer relationships, driving sales growth, securing new distribution channels, and ensuring comprehensive territory coverage.
* Establish and maintain regular call cycles to foster growth
* Plan weekly activities, including promotions, new line submissions, and marketing initiatives
* Achieve distribution targets for core product lines
* Optimize product positioning on shelves and displays
* Maintain strong relationships with customers across various stakeholder levels
* Exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years FMCG experience within a multi-channel environment
* Advanced knowledge of the industry, market, competitors, and customers
* Strong relationship and selling skills with proven key customer management experience in the Independent Grocery channel
