Field Operations Assistant Role
We are seeking reliable and motivated Field Operations Assistants to support our team in Western Victoria.
* Assist with geological sampling (soil, rock chip or other field samples)
* Record and manage field data accurately using digital tools
* Help dispatch samples to laboratories for analysis
* Maintain vehicles and equipment
* Support day-to-day logistics and operations
* Contribute to a safe and efficient team environment
About You
* Reliable, safety-conscious and motivated individual
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
* Current valid driver's license and willingness to obtain a forklift license
* Current First Aid certificate is beneficial but not essential - full training provided
* Previous experience in fieldwork or trade roles is advantageous but not required
* Must be eligible to work in Australia
