Squires Loft Ballarat is a well-established and highly regarded steakhouse, known for premium steaks, quality beverages, and exceptional service. We are currently seeking an experienced Bar Person to join our front-of-house team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their service, and has a strong knowledge of drinks and bar operations.
About the Role
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
* Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
* Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times
* Assist with stock rotation, restocking, and basic bar prep
* Work closely with floor staff and management during service
About You
* Previous bar experience preferred (cocktail and wine knowledge an advantage)
* Current RSA (or willing to obtain)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a busy, high-energy environment
* Reliable, well presented, and a team player
* Available to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
