**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Disability Employment Services Consultant to support participants in transforming their lives. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and secure employment opportunities with local employers.
* Support participants in developing skills to become job-ready.
* Deliver quality services while adhering to contractual and compliance standards.
* Enhance employability through training and support referrals.
* Create personalized job plans for employment pathways.
* Build and maintain relationships with local employers and community groups.
**Ideal Candidate:**
We seek driven, solution-focused individuals with empathy and compassion for those with disabilities, injuries, or employment barriers. Excellent communication, adaptability, and a proactive attitude are essential.
Candidates from backgrounds in sales, retail, call centers, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration are encouraged to apply.

**Requirements:**
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
* Current driver's license and insured vehicle.
* MyGovID (Standard level).
* Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
* Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
* Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
