This Greater Western Sydney based manufacturing and servicing company is looking for a switched on and motivated Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
**Your new role**
Key Responsibilities:
- Timesheet entry of staff
- Need to be able to determine and calculate overtime hours, time in lieu etc
- Invoicing service work to customers
- Receipting of customer payments
- General office admin and supplier liaison
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent data entry skills
- Quick with numbers in time intervals
- Timesheet entry in services industry is preferable
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
