The role
This is a senior role in a lead position in our graphic design department. You will champion design quality, collaborate with a team of four senior designers, and deliver high-end work across print publication design, branding and digital. Core outputs include brochures, reports, presentations and large documents (capability statements, annual reports), plus brand identity systems and website design. We're offering an exciting full-time or part-time role that can be shaped around you!
What you will do
* Lead the end-to-end design process of your projects, from concept and art direction to production, pre-press and quality control.
* Own complex print and publication deliverables, brand systems and multi-format rollouts across digital and print.
* Collaborate with project managers and clients, manage suppliers and ensure delivery on time.
* Contribute creative direction to proposals, pitches and client campaigns.
* Visit clients and represent the business at networking events.
What you will bring
* Demonstrated experience in a senior design role with a strong focus on print publication design.
* Expertise across branding, brochures, reports and presentations, and website design.
* Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), typography, layout and pre-press.
* A strong focus on great client relationships, confident presenting work, guiding stakeholders and building trust.

Salary, tools and hours
* $90,000 to $110,000 + super and allowances, depending on experience.
* All equipment and software provided, including the latest iPhone.
* Standard hours, no overtime required.
