Here you’ll support a group of high-performing fee earners across defendant insurance matters, working in a collaborative, well-structured team that values quality work and strong client service. Your Day-to-Day This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days will look the same. Some of your responsibilities will include: File management from opening through to archiving Monthly billing, debtor control and reporting Preparing and sending correspondence and court documents Brief preparation for counsel, medical and other experts Diary and travel coordination including booking appointments Maintaining accurate electronic files and documentation General administrative support across the team Your Experience Previous experience working as a Legal Assistant within Insurance or Litigation is a must for this role, allowing you to feel confident working within a busy legal environment. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, alongside excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. You'll demonstrate high attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work. Experience using practice management and document management systems will see you heads above the rest when applying, as will possessing a strong understanding of client service standards.
