This role is a foundational leadership position with future scope to grow the team and drive overall product strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a unified product narrative and make strategic decisions.
* Lead a team to develop and execute the product roadmap.
* Coach team members and enhance product management capability.
* Collaborate with engineering, design, and other product teams to execute the overall product strategy.
* Understand customers deeply and drive shared understanding of target segments.
* Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
* Develop processes to drive internal adoption of products.
Requirements
* Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
* Willingness to be hands-on with product work.
* Experience in creating and operationalising new governance structures and processes.
* Understanding of how to build and scale reusable systems.
* Prioritisation and decision making to pick the highest priority roadmap items.
* Able to drive outcomes without significant supervision.
