Key Job Responsibilities:
* Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders in an efficient manner.
* Operate forklifts in the warehouse with precision and care.
* Receive, label and store incoming goods in a timely fashion.
* Sort, load and unload vehicles with minimal delays.
* Ensure shelves are adequately stocked and displayed to meet customer expectations.
* Provide assistance on the trade store counter and maintain general housekeeping standards.
* Enter customer information and orders into the system accurately and efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a retail or warehouse environment.
* Friendly and well-developed customer service skills.
* Excellent time management capabilities and clear verbal/written communication.
* Proactive and motivated problem solver with a team player mentality.
* Good computer and MS Office skills, with experience using RF devices a plus.
* A desire to develop and grow one's career.
* Forklift licence and experience essential.
