We're looking for a hands‐on Marketing and Communications Lead to deliver impactful, integrated campaigns that strengthen our brand and support organisational growth.
This role reports to the Brand and Marketing Manager and is a key senior contributor within the marketing team.
Coolbinia based, with flexible work options (we welcome applications from those wishing to work school hours).
In this role, you will:
* Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns from concept to delivery
* Develop and execute internal and external communications
* Create engaging content (articles, case studies, thought leadership)
* Manage digital marketing across social, website, email and paid channels
* Monitor campaign performance and optimise results using data insights
* Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver aligned outcomes
* Support events and campaign activations
* Ensure brand consistency across all channels
About you
You're a proactive, organised marketer who enjoys both strategy and delivery.
You will bring:
* 5+ years' experience in marketing and/or communications
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field
* Proven ability to deliver end-to-end campaigns
* Strong writing and storytelling skills
* Experience across digital platforms (social, email, ads, analytics)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
* A collaborative, team-focused mindset
* Right to work in Australia and ability to obtain required checks (NDIS Workers Screening, National Police Clearance, etc)
