Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage new domestic property claims from clients and establish a pathway to resolve customer claims. This role requires expertise in handling complex claims and providing dedicated focus and support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end claims management, including policy interpretation, stakeholder liaison, settlement negotiation, and claim resolution
* Proactive and strategic working with customers to identify and drive solutions
* Identification and support of vulnerable customers, aligning with Sedgwick's expectations and client requirements
* Expertise as a reference point and mentor for colleagues
Requirements:
* Previous experience managing complex domestic property claims, including escape of liquids and break and enter claims
* A comprehensive understanding of the General Insurance Code of Practice
* Strong policy analysis and interpretation skills
* Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work to deadlines
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills
