We’re on the look out for a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our busy venue, The Bayswater Bar & Grill in the beautiful Hervey Bay.
About the Venue & Kitchen:
- Busy, all-day dining venue seating 250 guests
- Bistro-style kitchen focusing on fresh, high-quality seafood
- Solid, supportive team of 10 in the kitchen brigade

The Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Head Chef or Executive Chef role (or higher)
- Strong people leadership skills and hands-on approach
- Confident managing labour costs, food costs, and kitchen operations
- Steady under pressure and proud of delivering clean, consistent execution
- Passionate about developing and mentoring a team
