Join a growing team and play a key role in delivering quality land division projects across South Australia.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Land Development Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of residential and mixed-use land divisions, from feasibility through to title issue.
About The Role
In this position, you will manage multiple land development projects across metropolitan and regional South Australia. You will coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with all state planning and infrastructure requirements.
You'll be responsible for driving project outcomes and maintaining strong relationships with government bodies, utility authorities, and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage land division projects in accordance with PlanSA and the Planning, Development and Infrastructure (PDI) ActPrepare and coordinate land division applications, including Statements of Requirements and consent pathwaysLiaise with local councils, SCAP, and relevant state referral agenciesCoordinate with SA Water on water and sewer design, augmentation, and approvalsManage surveyors, civil engineers, traffic engineers, environmental consultants, and other technical specialistsOversee servicing designs, civil construction, stormwater management, and road/open-space requirementsMonitor and manage approval conditions to achieve timely Section 138 clearancesCoordinate Lands Titles Office (LTO) lodgements and ensure smooth progression to title issueTrack budgets, schedules, procurement, and project reportingIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure quality project outcomes
About You
Experience in land development, civil infrastructure, or land division project managementStrong understanding of South Australian planning, engineering, and approval processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both autonomously and collaborativelyTertiary qualifications in engineering, planning, project management, or a related field (preferred)
