We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk All Rounder.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing quality service to customers and ensuring their stay with us is truly memorable.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and efficient check-in, check-out, and other front desk services.
You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate guest and hotel accounts, operating the telephone system effectively, and completing daily shift checklists.
In addition, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in the Opera Front Office system, including reservations, check-in, cashiering, and check-out.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
You'll also be expected to embody the art of French hospitality, demonstrating a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
