The Aged Care and Disability Services team aims to provide support services to help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people over the age of 50 or living with a significant and/or permanent disability to be more independent and to actively participate in their communities. We have locations across the South East Queensland region including, North Brisbane, South Brisbane, Caboolture, Sunshine Coast, Gympie and Hervey Bay/Maryborough. As a Community Support Worker in our Hervey Bay Team, you will be providing domestic and social support to our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders eligible aged members. The role will require you to perform in accordance with Client Care plans and the Aged Care Standards.
