Why You'll Love Working Here
Getting older shouldn't mean giving up your home, your routine, or your independence and at Suncare, we're here to make sure it doesn't.
With more than 800 team members and 200 volunteers, we support people to keep living the life they love with reliable in‑home and community care, a local team who knows the neighbourhood, and the kind of support that always has time for a cuppa and a chat.
And we look after our people the same way — with care, support, and recognition that reflects the difference you make every day.
Here's what you can expect:
* Full induction and supported training to help you grow
* Flexible and hybrid working options
* Not‑for‑profit salary packaging ($15,900 p.a.)
* Leave loading to make your time off even better
* Branded workwear
* Employee referral reward program
* Fitness Passport membership
* Employee Assistance Program
What You'll Be Doing
As our Business Analyst, you'll help shape how Suncare works today and how we work in the future. You'll turn data into insight, processes into progress, and ideas into action.
Working with teams across Suncare, you'll lead initiatives that improve how we operate, communicate, and deliver care. From facilitating workshops and mapping workflows to designing dashboards and guiding change, you'll be at the heart of projects that make a real difference.
You'll help us understand what's working, what's not, and what's possible, always grounded in real life and focused on better outcomes for our people and our community.
This is a permanent full‑time role, based at either our North Lakes (Brisbane) or Maroochydore (Sunshine Coast) office, with flexible hybrid work options.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You
Hear the story behind the numbers and see the people behind the processes. You bring clarity to complexity, and you know good change starts with good communication.
We'd love to hear from you if you:
* Hold a qualification in business, technology or a related field, with proven business analysis experience
* Are confident in eliciting information, leading workshops, mapping processes, crafting solutions and supporting change
* Have experience with data tools (Excel, SQL, dashboards, data warehouses) and are keen to adopt our frameworks and systems
* Bring strong collaboration and vendor management skills
* Learn quickly and translate technical detail into clear, actionable insights
* Hold or can obtain a National Coordinated Criminal History Check
* Are willing to travel occasionally between our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast offices
