Role
:
* Providing accurate pricing for contracts and variations including appropriate margin considerations
* Analyse project documentation to determine if all elements are included
* Obtain relevant quotes and pricing for non-standard variations
* Liaise with key stakeholders throughout the process and identify potential areas of risk in the project.
* Offer technical support to team members and sales staff
* Maintain organised files and appropriate documentation of completed work
Requirements
:
* Trade or tertiary qualifications within the Residential Building Industry
* Strong customer service focus
* High level of numeracy and computer usage skills (Estimating and Office applications)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
