About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. You will work with cutting-edge medical devices, providing product expertise, training, and support to customers.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory (QLD territory with majority of the business coming from Brisbane and regional travel to Cairns)
* Identify and engage with key decision-makers in hospitals (surgeons, finance, procurement, c-suite)
* Deliver product demonstrations and clinical support to healthcare professionals (including theatre support)
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and clinical specialists
Your experience
* Proven 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare-related fields
* Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and patient
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to understand and articulate clinical and technical information
