Bookkeeper wanted for a leading Law Firm

You will be working with an innovative and progressive law practice.
**Your new role**
The team need a bookkeeper to assist both the finance manager and General Manager on delegated tasks crossing both areas. These tasks will include:
- Trust Account receipting
- Bookkeeping
- Payroll
- Management tasks - day to day tasks around office operation management, personnel and compliance matters.
- Manage all bookkeeping functions using the financial accounting package
- Ensure all accounting records are maintained in accordance with general accounting regulations.
- Reconcile all accounts as required.
- Oversee accounts receivable tasks: invoicing, deposits, collections.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ideally at least 1 year experience in management
- experience with accounts / bookkeeping.
- Positive attitude and team player
