OverviewOur client is a high-profile and rapidly growing Buyers Agency, currently onboarding around 50 clients every month.
With their fast-paced growth and outstanding reputation, they are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Client Services & Manager to support their Directors and deliver a seamless client experience.This is a dual role blending Executive Assistant support with client service coordination.
You'll work closely with the Managing Director and Director, managing diaries, coordinating business operations, and ensuring the business runs efficiently.
At the same time, you'll be the key contact for clients, guiding them through the property journey and ensuring the settlement process runs smoothly.
This position has become available as the current team member, who has successfully managed the role for the past five years, is heading off to start a family and will not be returning.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level executive support to the Managing Director and Director, including diary and meeting managementAct as the main client contact, onboarding clients and guiding them through to settlementLiaise with brokers, accountants, referral partners, and internal teams to track client progressConduct welcome calls, issue updates, and coordinate communication between clients and stakeholdersPrepare reports, track stats, and support weekly meetingsAssist with onboarding of contractors and employees, contracts, and systems setupOrganise sales packs, client meetings, and general office requirementsManage phone calls, supplier needs, and ad hoc administrative tasksSupport the Directors with projects and day-to-day business operationsAbout YouMUST have a real estate background with a strong understanding of the property & settlement processExperience in a Client Services, Executive Assistant, or Operations roleExceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsProactive, solutions-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environmentConfident working closely with senior leadershipWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + bonusesStep into a stable role with a strong foundation, left by someone who has been with the business for 5 yearsWork closely with industry-leading Directors in a high-profile businessJoin a dynamic and supportive team during an exciting growth phaseBe at the heart of the client journey and business operationsCareer development opportunities in a business that's scaling rapidlyApply today:in strict confidence to Virginia Brookes (Director) on 0413 564 190or click "apply now"
