About the Opportunity
Are you an experienced litigator ready to take on complex, high-profile disputes? This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Associate with 5+ years post‑admission experience to join a leading Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. You will work on large‑scale corporate disputes and class actions, including matters involving third‑party litigation funding, while being mentored by highly regarded Partners and senior lawyers.
With a strong pipeline of work and a collaborative team culture, this role offers the chance to deepen your technical expertise and progress your career in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex litigation matters with an emphasis on class actions and funded disputes
* Draft court documents, affidavits and provide strategic advice on litigation processes
* Work closely with litigation funders and stakeholders on high‑value matters
* Collaborate with senior lawyers and Partners on case strategy and client management
* Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development
About You
* Minimum 5 years PAE in litigation or class actions experience (does not have to be commercial experience)
* NSW admission required
* Strong technical skills and excellent drafting ability
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
* Commercial mindset with exceptional communication skills
* Collaborative approach and willingness to learn and grow
* Understanding of class actions and interest in funded litigation
