Internal Salesperson Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Internal Salesperson. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner via phone calls and other means.
* Utilizing our ERP system to process orders, locate products, and verify stock availability.
* Managing backorders by coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely receipt of goods.
* Collaborating with other Customer Service representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
* Invoicing, filing, and performing general office administrative tasks.
* Providing customers with product recommendations and alternatives based on their needs and preferences.
* Communicating order status and estimated delivery times to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in an internal sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
* The ability to adapt quickly to new situations, learn new skills, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Prior experience with our ERP system or similar software is a significant asset.
