In the role of an Agribusiness Manager 2, you will join the Regional & Agribusiness Team in Narrabri that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
o Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of Agribusiness relationships and Commercial Lending, delivering tailored financial solutions that meet their unique needs.
o Drive portfolio growth through strong relationship management, acquisition of new customers, and effective expense management.
o Provide strategic financial advice and integrated solutions that support customers’ long-term business objectives.
o Utilise deep understanding of both pre-farmgate and post-farmgate markets to build strong networks and expand business opportunities.
o Ensure a high standard of credit quality across the portfolio by identifying and managing credit risk effectively.
o Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations, industry trends, and challenges, helping them to make informed financial decisions.
