The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our Perth-based team, supporting a growing portfolio of Ultra High Net Worth Private Clients and Not for Profit engagements.
This role has been created following the growth in our client base. It represents an opportunity to step into a senior, delivery-led position focused on complex and meaningful work. The emphasis is on technical depth, judgement, risk management and people leadership.
What You'll Do
Provide senior-level tax support for Ultra High Worth Private Clients in WA.
Deliver technical tax advice across UHNW families, private business structures, trusts and succession planning.
Oversee the accounting function and audits for a number of clients, including Native Title Trusts.
Assist with the Tax & Accounting service line in WA, with national collaboration and support.
Work closely with Partners and internal specialists to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Manage tax risk in sensitive, highly regulated environments.
Engage with the ATO on rulings, reviews and technical matters as required.
Engage and manage a team.
About You
You have relevant professional experience in a public accounting practice or tax advisory firm.
Tertiary degree in accounting, business, commerce, or law.
CA/CPA/CTA qualification.
An experienced Senior Tax Manager from a professional services or specialist tax environment.
Strong technical capability in private structures and complex advisory matters.
Comfortable operating autonomously with Partner support.
Passion for client service and problem-solving.
Motivated by technically challenging, purpose-driven work.
Effective management and leadership skills.
