Key Responsibilities

* Provide regular, constructive feedback emphasizing professional development and career advancement opportunities.


Performance Expectations

* Ensure the team delivers an excellent customer experience using best practices and relevant service methods.
* Drive sales performance aligned with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Support visual merchandising efforts in accordance with established guidelines.
* Conduct regular store walks with management to discuss opportunities and develop action plans.
* Act as the primary point of contact during management's time off.
