Your new role Working in our Sydney office, you will support the Finance and Operations Manager with a varied range of accounting tasks, allowing you the opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive and collaborative environment. Your key responsibilities include: Management of the Accounts Payable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. Completion of employee expenses and credit card reconciliations with precision. Management of monthly client invoicing/adjustments and assist in setting up new clients on accounting systems (Xero and Projectworks). Preparation of payroll and support with all payroll queries, contributing to the smooth operation of our financial systems. Assisting with the end of month and EOFY processes. Involvement in ad hoc project work, showcasing your versatility and contributing to the continuous improvement of our financial processes. A bit about you You have completed an undergraduate degree in accounting and/or hold a CPA qualification or have experience in a similar role. You exhibit confident and professional communication with colleagues and enjoy working collaboratively. You have an aptitude for software, systems and technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Xero and Projectworks software is preferred but not essential. You’re proactive in maintaining client relationships and understand and incorporate stakeholders and customer needs into decision making. A bit about us Our story began in 2016.
