New Home Sales Consultant - Residential Homes - Bella Vista What’s On Offer Work for a builder who truly values the customer experience & quality A solid, supportive management structure Work only one day on a weekend Overview Of The Company / Role Head office Bella Vista Residential home builder who are a subsidiary of a successful land developer Currently have 12 staff (and growing) and going into their 4th year of operation Forecast for 100-120 this FY (24-25) They focus on H&L, partnering with their development arm who have 8 developments in the pipeline In addition, they also offer services for contract builds (vacant land or KDR) Their approach to sales is heavily focused on following up and closing high-quality leads - not sitting in a display home The Sales Consultant will be supported by their internal marketing team of two with current lead generation via multiple sources providing approx. 150 to 160 inquiries a month They have a 7 figure marketing budget allocated for 2025! The role is typically based in the Head Office working 4 days a week and one day on the weekend alternated between Saturday & Sunday Two display homes open in Rouse Hill & Box Hill, with a further two opening very soon (early 2025) The company has high emphasis on the customer journey - the sales process will be super personalized and done a little differently than your traditional methods The Sales Consultant will manage the sales process accordingly, booking their own meetings and can utilise the head office, the colour studio and display homes to meet with clients A unique offering to any customer looking to buy is access 3D walk throughs and attending site visits to see the build process on current projects The right candidate is someone who is comfortable with business development, converting leads and being proactive in the field networking A big part of the role is following up your warm leads. The role is predominantly phone based; you will be successful if you continually keep in contact with all your leads. To be consider for the role you will have sales experience in either new home sales or real estate sales In addition to experience, they are looking for driven, passionate, highly motivated individuals who want to make a positive impact on clients Salary $70k - $75k Super 1% commission paid on the entire H&L price - genuine, uncapped earning potential Key Responsibilities: Nurturing of warm, phone & online leads. Consistent follow up & creating a good system to keep in contact with your clients, will be the key to your success. Selling H&L Packages and contract homes (KDR or vacant land) Working on-site in our display homes in Sydney’s Northwest and our head office at Bella Vista, available for weekend appointments (minimum 1 full day per weekend) and 2 evenings until 6.30pm. Full training and support from our leadership team. Requirements To Apply Passionate about building a new home Good knowledge about new home design & construction Previous experience in the new homes industry, minimum 3 years with a proven track record.
