The Role We are looking for an experienced Glazier who shares our commitment to quality craftsmanship and exceptional service delivery.
You will work on diverse projects ranging from residential homes to commercial buildings, contributing to our reputation for excellence in construction.
Key Responsibilities Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and project specifications for glass installation requirements Assess job sites to determine appropriate glass types, sizes and installation methods Measure and mark glass for cutting, ensuring precise dimensions according to specifications Cut, shape and finish glass using manual and automated cutting tools, grinders and polishing equipment Install glass panels in windows, doors, shopfronts, curtain walls and other structural openings Fit and secure glass using appropriate glazing compounds, sealants, clips, moulds and fasteners Replace broken or damaged glass in existing structures and frames Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards and quality requirements Essential Requirements Minimum 2 years of glazing experience in residential and/or commercial construction Proficiency in using glass cutting tools, suction lifters, and glazing equipment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Experience with various glass types including float, toughened, laminated and double-glazed units Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and lift heavy glass panels Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently How to Apply Please send your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience through the application link.
